SpaceX has started a referral program in Germany for its Starlink satellite internet service. The program is similar to the one that was started in the Australia earlier this month which was spotted in an Ad in an Airport. The program is currently only available in Germany, but it is expected to be rolled out to other countries in the future.
According Emails received by some of the existing customers, anyone who signs up with their referral code will get to test the Starlink hardware for one month, free of charge. The person who referred will also get one month of free service as well. The program evaluates each referral at the end of the first month and if the referred person continues to use the service, both will get the one month of free service which is equivalent to $110.
According to the Email, the customer received their own referral code in a link to sign up for the service, which can be shared with anyone. The offer is valid from 28th November 2022 to 31st December 2022.
