Tesla has had a successful year in Europe, selling 229,671 units in 2022. Germany and the UK were the top markets for the company, with a 76.2% and 57% year-over-year increase from 2021, respectively.
As the Gigafactory Berlin continues to ramp up production, it is expected that 2023 will be even bigger for Tesla in Europe. The increase in production at the Berlin factory will help to improve delivery times and reduce lost time due to shipping issues from the Gigafactory Shanghai in China.
